I also vote for an independent blog for our discussions. Google sounds good, although I've never used it. Hopefully it is straightforward.
We may still need to use Elluminate at some point. In general I'm available in the evenings and weekends, just about whenever, as long as we arrange before hand.

Action1:Select & decide: Work, Expression, Manifestation, & Item
For example
Work: The old man and the sea / Ernest Hemingway
Expression: The old man and the sea (Japanese translation)
Manifestation: DVD, VHS, Playaway
Item: A patron borrows DVD version of the old man and the sea

Action 2:Assign & construct Power point
For example
Toshu will be assigned to construct a power point of “Work.”
