Hi,
We divide our work by MARC fields.
For example, (DVD videos AACR2 Chapter 7)
Amber: from source info. to 260 fields (except 007)
Toshu: 007 & rest of fields.
I think we explain how to catalog each MARC field on Power Point.
It might be a good idea to have one MARC field per one power point page.
And, we put all together before we meet in November.
At our meeting, we coordinate our power point and practice our presentation.
I am available on November 1, 2, or 8. Please let me know what you think.

Great guide
Wow this is a wonderful guide. It pretty much covers everything we need to know about DVD cataloging. I'll take a look at it.
I also have the hard copies of my department's DVD cataloging guideline. Too bad I don't have the original documents. I was thinking maybe I can share those documents with you once we meet.
I'm going to be out of town from Oct. 20-25. I was thinking if we can have our first meeting in early November? Do you think that's enough time to prepare for our presentation?
